Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Morgan and Charlie grew up as passionate surfers at Folly Beach. They both had an athletic background from a young age. Morgan was a gymnast for 10 years, and Charlie a skateboarder since 13 years old. They fell in love through their shared connection with surfing and skateboarding. They took a snowboard trip in 2010 to Snowshoe, West Virginia and instantly fell in love with the mountains. Three months later they began their journey by moving to Utah to chase the dream of skateboarding and snowboarding together.

In 2020, they created Namaste Skateboarding with the goal of making a positive, safe space for girls to learn to skate. They celebrated their first year of Namaste this past June, and are so excited with where they’ve come, and the adventures ahead!
